Proddie Challenge Attracts Good Field To Goldfields

The Bridgestone Kalgoorlie, Proddie Challenge, has attracted a quality field of Production Sedan drviers from around the state, for Saturday night’s event to be held at the Kalgoorlie Case & Drill, International Speedway, on the Goldfields of Western Australia.

The field includes National Champion, Tim Green, who is undefeated this season on the Kalgoorlie circuit, but has had to work overtime this week to be ready for Saturday nights event, after sustaining damage at the Quit Collie Speedway last Saturday night, in a qualifying heat of the Collie Championship.

Father and son duo, Graeme and Beau Riley will make the long trip from Collie in the South West of Western Australia, while Dennis Moyle will make an even long trip from Newman to complete.   Steven Reeves from Narrogin is also entered amongst the visiting drivers to the Goldfields, along with Esperance trio, Sean Barrett, Josh Stewart and Gaje Price, who makes his debut after a lengthy Junior Sedan career.

Former local, Rick Musarra will make the drive from Perth for the event and will figure prominently, as will locals Kevin Brewster,  Rob Bawdion, Ryan Huxtable, Luke Scott, Aaron Murphy, Jayden Reeves, Michael Thomas and Jeff Pahl.

Racing commences at 7.00pm WST, with six qualifying heats, Top 6 Shootout prior to the A Main, with events for StreetStocks, AMCA Nationals and Burnouts.
